Using AI Document Import
Ghloria can turn supplier files and email content into proposal data. The import flow is designed for operational acceleration: the system extracts content, shows a review step, and then merges the accepted information into the proposal workspace.
Supported import inputs include documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, HTML files, and email files such as .eml and .msg. Operators can also paste email HTML and subject text directly into the import dialog.
What import can populate
AI import can create or update structured proposal content such as:
- flight groups, segments, and legs
- accommodation stays, hotel options, and rooms
- optional services and pricing items
- itinerary days in table or narrative mode
- document groups connected to the imported source file
- currency conversion metadata when imported services need conversion
Choose the source
Open the import dialog from the proposal or trip workflow. Add valid files, paste email content, select the itinerary mode, and choose the output language for generated content.
Review extracted data
The review screen groups extracted fields by document and section. Use it to inspect flights, stays, rooms, optionals, pricing, and metadata before confirming the import.
Give feedback
Use thumbs up and thumbs down to mark extracted fields as accurate or inaccurate. Feedback improves review quality, but it is not a substitute for operator validation.
Confirm and merge
When the review is complete, confirm the import. Ghloria merges the imported data into the proposal and keeps document group context so imported pricing and source files remain traceable.
Thumbs down does not block import
Marking a field as inaccurate sends feedback, but the imported value may still be applied. Always review and correct the proposal after import, especially prices, dates, names, airport codes, and room configurations.
Working with multiple sources
When imported data overlaps with existing proposal data, Ghloria can surface merge and conflict review flows. Use these screens to choose the source of truth instead of overwriting operationally important details.
Imported files can also carry currency conversion settings. When conversion is enabled, review the origin currency, destination currency, conversion date, and rate before using the result in the budget.
