Itinerary and Presentation Builder
Ghloria supports two layers of proposal storytelling: structured itinerary content and presentation layout tools. The itinerary keeps daily operations clear. The presentation and builder tools turn that content into client-facing material.
Itinerary tab
Use the Itinerary tab to build the day-by-day plan.
Ghloria supports two itinerary modes:
- Table mode for detailed day sections such as breakfast, morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, overnight, and notes.
- Narrative mode for a simpler daily title and description.
Operators can add and remove days manually. The itinerary editor also supports pasting tabular content from tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint tables, which helps move existing agency material into structured proposal fields.
Choose the mode before importing
The import dialog asks for itinerary mode. Select table mode when daily content needs structured meal and time-of-day sections. Select narrative mode when the proposal should read like a concise daily story.
Presentation tab
Where available, the Presentation tab lets operators assemble slide-based proposal content. Implemented templates include trip covers, company covers, country introductions, flight airport slides, hotel detail slides, itinerary slides, included services, service summaries, budget slides, merchandising slides, highlight slides, and static slides.
Presentation content can use proposal data and uploaded assets. Operators can also sync presentation content from the current proposal when the proposal changes.
Builder canvas
Workspace owners may have access to the visual Builder. The builder is a canvas-based editor for arranging proposal blocks. It requires the proposal and version to be saved before the canvas can be used.
Implemented block types include:
- cover and trip summary blocks
- itinerary day, accommodation, activity, services summary, and pricing blocks
- logistics, practical information, terms and conditions, and payment blocks
- map, gallery, image, video, food, file attachment, and form blocks
- title, rich text, information, divider, and shape blocks
The builder supports block selection, drag positioning, resizing, duplication, delete confirmation, undo and redo, z-order controls, rounded-corner toggles, and text formatting for rich text and title blocks.
Builder access is controlled
The builder is not shown to every operator or company. If it is not available in your workspace, use the standard proposal tabs and presentation workflow.
