Exporting and Sharing Proposals
Ghloria keeps proposal delivery connected to the same structured proposal version you build inside the workspace. The export flows use saved proposal data, selected templates, company branding, proposal media, and version artifacts so teams can deliver a consistent client-facing package without rebuilding the trip in another tool.
One Proposal, Multiple Outputs
Email and PowerPoint outputs are generated from the proposal and version data already managed in Ghloria. Keep the proposal saved before exporting so the latest pricing, itinerary, media, and client details are included.
Available Delivery Outputs
Export as Email
The email export renders the proposal into a branded HTML email using the selected email template. Ghloria opens a preview window and copies Outlook-compatible HTML plus plain text to the clipboard when browser permissions allow it.
Open the proposal version in the proposal editor.
Use Export and choose Export as email.
Select an available email template.
Confirm the export. Paste the copied email into your email client, or use the preview window to copy it manually.
The export includes proposal tokens, company logo data, agent details, agent photo when available, trip cover imagery, and itinerary or pricing content derived from the current proposal.
Export as PowerPoint
PowerPoint export generates a .pptx deck through the PPTX generation service. The editor sends the proposal tree, selected PPTX template, template version, language, proposal version, and media artifacts to the generation API. Ghloria then polls the generation task and downloads the completed deck.
Open the proposal version in the proposal editor.
Use Export and choose Export as pptx.
Select an active PPTX template.
Confirm the export. Ghloria downloads the finished .pptx file when generation completes.
The export requires a selected PPTX template. Generation can take up to several minutes and shows progress while the file is being prepared.
Version Delivery Tracking
Proposal versions can be marked as sent from Ghloria. The send flow records whether delivery happened internally or through an external channel, and can store an external URL, delivery kind, email template metadata, and a status note.
Use this when the proposal has been shared with a client and the team needs the proposal version status to reflect that delivery.
Export Logging
Ghloria records export activity for proposal versions across email and pptx output types. These logs help the workspace understand what was prepared or shared from a version without treating export files as separate proposals.
