How to accept an invitation, set up your account, and get started in Ghloria.

Joining Your Workspace

Ghloria is invite-only. Your workspace owner sends an invitation to your email address. This guide walks through what happens from the moment you receive it.


Step 1 — Accept the Invitation

Check your inbox for an email from Ghloria with a setup link. Click Set up your account to begin.

If the link has expired, click Resend link on the setup page. Enter the same email address the invitation was sent to — Ghloria will send a fresh link.

Use the invited email address

Your workspace is tied to the specific email address your workspace owner invited. You must use that address during setup. If you try to set up an account without a valid pending invitation, you will be redirected to the login screen.


Step 2 — Complete Account Setup

The setup form asks for:

  • First name and last name
  • Password — choose a strong password you haven't used elsewhere

Your role and workspace assignment are determined by the invitation, not by what you enter during setup. You cannot change your role during this step.


Step 3 — Sign In and Orient Yourself

After setup completes you are signed in automatically and directed to the Ghloria workspace.

The sidebar shows your navigation options based on your role:

Start from the Dashboard to see the current state of the workspace, or go to Proposals to begin working on travel offers.


Step 4 — Set Up Your Personal Profile

From Settings → Profile, add:

  • A profile photo (shown to teammates)
  • Your phone number
  • Any other contact details

Profile settings are personal to you. They are separate from workspace-level company settings, which only workspace owners can modify.
