Platform Map
The implemented Ghloria feature areas at a glance.
Ghloria brings the modern travel agency workflow into a unified operational and commercial platform. The application is organized into six practical areas:
Dashboard
Track active trips, team pipeline metrics, open quotation value, and deletion approval requests.
Trips & Proposals
Build proposals with multi-day itineraries, flight options, hotel stays, and flexible budgets with price scenarios and options.
Destinations & Knowledge
Centralize agency operational notes, emergency contacts, recommended suppliers, and historical proposal memory by destination.
Relationship Management
Maintain client profiles, DMC/supplier records, company branding, team permissions, and operational files.
Intelligence & Automation
Parse Galileo GDS flight itineraries, PDFs, and emails into structured proposals with green provenance dots and side-by-side review.
Delivery & Presentations
Curate photography in the image gallery, verify layout in live slide preview, and export branded PowerPoint decks and emails.
Dashboard
The dashboard provides a real-time overview of the agency's commercial pipeline:
- Active Trips & Quotation Volume: Track proposals currently in play and recently closed deals.
- Agent Filters: Managers can filter performance metrics by individual travel consultant.
- Deletion Requests Bell: Notifies managers when consultants request proposal or trip deletion, ensuring strict governance.
Trips & Proposals
Trips act as the operational container for a client's travel plans, holding one or more commercial proposals:
- Service Workspaces: Dedicated tabs for flights, accommodation stays and rooms, cruises, and optional extras.
- Unified Budget Engine: Single responsive pricing table supporting Price Scenarios (pax headcount sliders distributing fixed costs), Options (alternative hotel/flight tiers), and Traveler Groups (sub-family attribution) with automatic margin optimization.
- Team Ownership: Assign proposals to agents with role-based editing and deletion controls.
Destinations & Knowledge Hub
The Destinations directory (/travel-directory/destinations) serves as your agency's shared travel intelligence repository:
- Canonical Facts: Built-in climate, monthly weather ratings, optimal travel windows, and visa rules.
- Agency Operational Layer: Proprietary internal notes, trusted guide contacts, emergency hotlines, and stored travel guides.
- Proposal Memory: Instant access to all historical proposals created across your agency for any destination.
Relationship Management
Keeps client profiles, supplier partnerships, and workspace configurations organized:
- Client Records: Contact info, trip history, linked proposals, preferences, and private files.
- Suppliers: Sourcing relationships, direct contacts, payment terms, and contract documents.
- Company Settings: Multi-company switcher, branding assets, team roles, and permission governance.
Intelligence & Automation
Smart ingestion accelerates proposal creation without sacrificing human accuracy:
- Galileo / Travelport GDS Parsing: Directly parse terminal PNR text and flight schedules into structured options.
- Side-by-Side Review Pane: Inspect the original supplier PDF or confirmation voucher side-by-side with proposal fields.
- In-Editor Provenance: Green indicator markers identify imported fields, settling automatically upon review.
Delivery & Presentations
Turns internal proposal data into compelling, high-converting client presentations:
- Image Gallery: Select, replace, and curate destination and property photos directly inside the export modal.
- Live Slide Preview: Review the complete presentation deck in your browser before downloading.
- Multiple Output Formats: Generate branded PowerPoint (
.pptx) decks or copy Outlook-ready HTML emails.
