Dashboard
How to read the Ghloria dashboard: metric cards, trend charts, recent trips, and manager filters.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the home view of your Ghloria workspace. It gives a snapshot of your agency's pipeline — active trips, proposal activity, value in play, and recent work — without needing to open individual records.
Metric Cards
The top section of the dashboard shows four metric cards:
| Card | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Active Trips | Trips currently in an open state (not closed or cancelled) |
| Value in Play | Combined value of open trips and their associated proposals |
| Opened (last 30 days) | Number of trips opened in the last 30 days |
| Closed (last 30 days) | Number of trips closed in the last 30 days |
Value in Play reflects the financial weight of the pipeline at a given moment — it changes as trips are closed, cancelled, or have new proposals attached.
Activity Chart
The chart below the metric cards shows trip activity over time — open, closed, and cancelled trips plotted by day across the selected range.
| Range | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 7 days | Daily activity over the past week |
| 30 days | Daily activity over the past month |
| 90 days | Daily activity over the past three months |
Use the range selector to zoom in or out on pipeline movement. The chart helps identify patterns — busy booking periods, slow months, or unusual spikes in cancellations.
Recent Trips
Below the chart, the Recent Trips table shows the most recently updated trips in the workspace. Each row includes:
- Trip title
- Client name
- Destination
- Status
- Date range
- Number of linked proposals
- Total trip value
Click any row to open the full trip record.
Filtering by Agent (Managers and Workspace Owners)
Managers and Workspace Owners see an agent filter on the dashboard. This lets you view the pipeline for a specific consultant rather than the full workspace view.
Select an agent from the filter to scope all metric cards, the chart, and the recent trips table to that consultant's work. Clear the filter to return to the full workspace view.
Consultants do not see the agent filter — their dashboard is automatically scoped to their own trips and proposals.
Empty Dashboard
If the workspace has no trips yet, the dashboard shows an empty state instead of metric cards and charts. This is expected for new workspaces or newly invited users who have not yet created any trips. Create a first client, trip, and proposal to populate the dashboard.
Navigating from the Dashboard
The dashboard is a read-only overview. To take action:
- Click a trip row to open that trip's detail page
- Go to Proposals in the sidebar to create or manage proposals
- Go to Clients to manage the client directory
- Go to Trips to see the full trip list with filters
