Workspace Settings
Configure your company identity, brand, contact records, and default operational settings in Ghloria.
Workspace Settings
Workspace settings let Workspace Owners configure the company identity, brand, contact records, and operational defaults that flow through proposals and exports. All workspace configuration is scoped to the active company context.
Workspace Owner Access
Workspace settings are restricted to Workspace Owners. Other roles can view and edit their personal profile but cannot access workspace configuration.
Company Identity
The workspace holds the core identity fields for the agency.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Company name | The agency trading name, used across proposals and exports |
| Legal name | The registered legal name, used in formal documents |
| NIPC | Tax identification number (NIF / VAT number for the agency) |
| RNAVT | Portuguese travel agency license number |
| IATA code | The agency's IATA accreditation code, if applicable |
| Notes | Internal workspace notes not shown to clients |
Fill in NIPC and RNAVT if your agency operates under Portuguese law and you want those fields to appear on proposal documents or invoices. IATA code is relevant if your agency issues airline tickets under its own accreditation.
Brand Settings
Brand settings control how the agency appears in proposals, exports, and client-facing outputs.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Logo | Appears on proposals and presentations |
| Brand colour | Primary accent colour used in generated documents |
| Brand font | Typography used in generated templates |
| Brand font colour | Text colour paired with the brand font |
Upload the logo as a high-resolution PNG or SVG for best results in PPTX exports. Brand colour and font selections affect PPTX templates and generated presentation output.
Default Operational Settings
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Default currency | Pre-filled currency on new proposals |
| Default language | Language used for generated document content |
These defaults can be overridden per proposal but set the starting point for all new work.
Company Contact Records
The workspace supports structured contact records for the agency. These can appear in proposal footers, contract sections, and formal documents.
Add one or more address records. Each address supports a country lookup field. Mark one address as primary — this is the address used in document generation. Delete address records that are no longer active.
Add phone numbers with WhatsApp and primary indicators. The primary phone number is surfaced in client-facing outputs. WhatsApp numbers are flagged for client communication contexts.
Add email addresses for different operational purposes (general, bookings, finance). Mark one as primary.
Add website URLs for the agency. These can be included in document footers and company profiles.
Each collection supports adding, editing, marking primary, and deleting records. Changes to contact records are saved through Save All.
Saving Changes
Workspace configuration and brand settings are saved through separate endpoints, but the interface presents them together. Use Save All to persist:
- Company identity fields
- Brand colour, font, and logo
- Any changed contact records (addresses, phones, emails, websites)
Changes to individual contact rows (add, delete, edit) take effect when you save that row. The overall Save All action handles company and brand fields together.
Template Images
The Template Images tab inside settings manages the image library available for proposal templates. Workspace Owners can upload images, edit their display names, and delete images when supported by the active template configuration. These images are distinct from proposal-level media uploaded inside a specific proposal.
Personal Profile vs Workspace
Workspace settings are separate from personal profile settings. Each user manages their own profile — name, email, phone, and photo — from the Profile tab. Workspace configuration is company-level and restricted to Workspace Owners. Changes to one do not affect the other.
