Platform Map

Ghloria brings the travel agency workflow into a unified operational layer. The current app is organized into five practical areas:

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a workspace-level view of the agency pipeline. It surfaces active trips, opened and closed activity over recent periods, value in play, trend charts, and recent trips. Manager-level users can filter dashboard metrics by agent.

Trips & Proposals

Trips provide the operational container for client travel plans. Proposals are the structured commercial workspace inside that container, with support for client and trip details, flights, accommodation, cruises, optionals, itinerary, budget, agent ownership, presentation slides, proposal builder content, versions, statuses, and imported files.

Relationship Management

Ghloria keeps the people and organizations behind the workflow connected to the operational data. Client records include contact details, ownership, status, notes, files, and linked trips. Supplier records support operational sourcing context, proposal links, files, logos, and supplier types. Company settings hold workspace branding, contacts, profiles, invitations, and account details.

Intelligence & Automation

AI and data services are support layers inside the platform. They help parse documents, process pasted text, review extracted fields, resolve airports and locations, search media, and support assistant-led travel research. The documentation separates these capabilities from the core product story because the platform is broader than an AI assistant.

Delivery

Delivery covers the final movement from internal proposal workspace to client-ready material. Ghloria supports proposal version generation, delivery state, files and artifacts, templates, media assets, and PowerPoint generation routes where available.
